Refunds & cancellation

This policy covers Dojvo Pro subscriptions sold by Navedakhtar Riyaz Naik (trading as Profithooks), who operates Dojvo.

What you pay for

Dojvo Pro is a digital service: access to create and edit Dojvo pages, analytics and related features. It costs ₹299 a month or ₹2,499 a year in India, and $6 a month or $49 a year elsewhere. Access starts immediately after payment; nothing is shipped.

Free trial

New accounts get 7 days free with no payment details. If you choose a plan during the trial, you are first charged when the trial ends, and you can cancel before then at no cost.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Plan & billing. Your plan will not renew, and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. Your page stays live after that; editing and analytics pause until you subscribe again.

Refunds

• If you are charged for a renewal you didn’t intend, ask within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, provided the plan hasn’t been used since.
• If you are charged twice or incorrectly because of an error on our side, we refund the extra amount in full.
• Otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refundable, but cancelling stops all future charges.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.

Sales by creators

Products, downloads and bookings on creators’ pages are sold by those creators through their own checkout links. Dojvo is not part of those sales and cannot refund them; contact the creator.
